The following Terms of Service (herein named TOS) applies to all websites/domains hosted by ASK Consultants. The term "applies" is defined as total content of each website/domain, as well as "links" from any website/domain, or to any website/domain.

NO nudity is permitted in any context including but not limited to the following: Artistic Nudity, Poster Art Nudity, Computer Graphic Nudity, Magazine or Newspaper Nudity, Geological Studies with Nudity, Anthropological Studies with Nudity.

Adult content is not allowed. Adult content is considered to be anything that contains nudity, pornography, or sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature and intent, or that violates local, state or national laws.
|
|

You may not upload any material that violates or infringes on the copyright, intellectual property rights or trademark rights of any individual or organization. This includes, but is not limited to, all sound and video files/formats, images, and text media. This also applies to linking directly to illegal files or other sites that offer any illegal material. Sound, images, and video files that you own the rights to may be uploaded only after you are approved. Hosting of Video files and Midi Files (that consume too much traffic and bandwidth) are restricted and we reserve the rights to suspend the account if hosting of such files is affecting the proper functioning of the server.

Piracy, hacking, cracking, preaching, warez, pyrotechnics, exploitive software or texts that educates or encourages this activity and/or use are not allowed.

|
Deliberately changing the extension of a file to hide its contents will not only not work, it will be considered an illegal file and will result in the immediate termination of your account.
|
|
6.
|
You may not upload ROMs and Emulators.
|
|
7.
|
You may not publish any material that is grossly offensive to the general on-line community, including but not limited to, exploitation of children, blatant expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment, defamation, invasion of privacy or excessive profanity (cursing). This includes material that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens any person or group. Files or directories or email user accounts may NOT contain profane or sexually suggestive names or expletives. We reserve the right to be the final judge as to what is or is not acceptable.

Spam is not allowed and we will bill you $1000 SGD per email you attempt to send. ASK Consultants will not hesitate to release your personal information to the relevant government authorities for assistance in investigating any spams occurring from your account. You may not reference ASK Consultants in any unsolicited email that you send.

Mail Attachment with more than 5 MB will not be allowed, as it will cause excessive load to the mail server. Sending out of mails to more than 500 recipients per hour is also strictly prohibited.
|

10.
|
You may not use your service in the commission of any crime that violates the laws of Republic of Singapore.
|
|
11.
|
You may not sublet disk space without prior approval (except for Reseller Accounts). This include creating free/paid email accounts for someone whom you are not related to.
|
|
12.
|
You may not sublet a unique IP for your domain.
|
|
13.
|
An administrative charge of S15 SGD is chargeable for each refund (within 14 Days).
|
|
14.
|
An administrative charge of $15 SGD will be levied for downgrading of any hosting and reseller plans.
|
15.
|
An administrative charge of $50 SGD will be levied for restoring of customer's backup from our backup server.
|
|
16.
|
Your account may not be used as a storage or backup facility as any bandwidth consumed will be calculated towards your allocated bandwidth. All form of compressed files is not allowed in the server. We will also reserve the rights to limit bandwidth usage for site that is taking up too much server resources.

|
17.
|
You may not link to or offer to distribute any material that is not acceptable or allowed by our TOS.
|
|
18.
|
You are solely and fully responsible for the contents of your account. Any and all repercussions will be born solely by you as the account holder.
|
|
19.
|
ASK Consultants provides support with server side problems only. This includes, non functioning of facilities provided with your hosting account and any faults, which exist on the server your site is hosted on. Customers are responsible for designing and maintaining their own web sites. We do not provide advice or support for any programming issues like cgi, php or asp. However you can engage our technical expertise on an hourly charge basis to solve any of your programming issues.

ASK Consultants reserves the right to suspend / terminate any account without warning or notice if any of the above restrictions are violated and to examine the contents of any account at any time.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON THIS SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. ASK CONSULTANTS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THIS SITE AT ANY TIME. ASK CONSULTANTS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THIS SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ASK CONSULTANTS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ASK CONSULTANTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ASK CONSULTANTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THIS SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS SITE.

The Terms Of Services (TOS) constitute the entire agreement between you and ASK Consultants and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and ASK Consultants. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or other ASK Consultant services, third-party contents or third-party software. The Agreement and the relationship between you and ASK Consultants shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and ASK Consultants agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Republic of Singapore. The failure of ASK Consultants to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

ASK Consultants reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this site is offered. No prior notice may be given.
