ASK Consultants is committed in providing technical support to our hosting clients.

This however, does not include fulfilling any programming based requests, including cgi, php or scripts installation & debugging. We will however provide basic assistance and advice based on your description of the problem which you may have encountered.

ASK Consultants will not offer technical support for third party vendor products that are not part of the existing services provided by ASK Consultants. If you have such a problem that is not specific to installation procedures, please refer your questions to the vendor of the program.

ASK Consultants will not offer technical support for Internet Service Provider related issues such as unable to access to the Internet. If you have such a problem that is not specific to installation procedures, please refer your questions to your specific ISP.

If you so wish for ASK Consultants to provide additional technical support for the purposes of installing/debugging your 3rd party cgi, php scripts/software; and/or provide additional support outside the stipulated support hours, please email us at support@askconsultants.com.sg for a price quote.

All support request will be attended to within a 24 hours response time.
